Hiya, it's really great that you're here looking for some support. Being a teenager is really tough a lot of the time, and it can be difficult to find people in your life to talk to that you feel you can trust. I offer you a private space where we can build enough trust together for you to bring your whole self - the parts of you that you like and the parts that feel more tricky to love.
The sessions are led by you. I'm here to listen to you - sometimes we may talk, othertimes we may play, draw, listen to music or create something together. This would be your space and we can work together to figure out how to help you move towards the life you want to live.

If you are a parent or carer seeking support for your teenager or a teenager you know, thank you for supporting them. Sometimes it's hard for all of us to put our feelings into words and that's true of teenagers too. You may be seeing changes in your loved one's behaviour or noticing that they seem to be struggling. I have over a decade of experience supporting adolescents in various settings including schools, charities and statutory social services. Please don't hesitate to contact me to find out more.
No question is too small or too silly, and there's no obligation to commit after getting in touch.
Take care,
Toni
